Pefkochori, or Kapsochora, is a large village located in Kassandra, at the first leg of Chalkidiki. It is 105 km away from Thessaloniki and you will find it in the southeastern part of the peninsula of Kassandra, at a distance of 19 km from Kallithea, after passing the villages of Kriopigi, Polychrono and Hanioti.

Pefkochori has 1600 permanent residents but in the summer it serves tens of thousands of tourists. This is probably the most cosmopolitan place in Kassandra during the summer months. In Pefkochori you will find organized hotel facilities, luxury villas and rooms to let.

 During the summer months in Pefkochori, there are Clubs and Bars where you can have fun until the early morning hours to the rhythms of Greek and foreign-Serbian music, luxury fish taverns and restaurants where you will taste the magic of Greek and Mediterranean gastronomy, and organized Beach of the village shore.

 Pefkochori is pedestrianized during the summer. The streets under the main road that crosses the village up to the beach become pedestrian streets, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy their walk on the coastal road and in the alleys of the village full of shops. Also in Pefkochori, you will find ATM cash machines, post office, Internet Café, large Super Market, private clinics and dental clinics as well as small public health unit, car rental offices, amusement park.

Apart from the beautiful sandy beach inside the village, Pefkochori is close to excellent beaches that are an attraction for visitors to Chalkidiki. Some of them are the exotic Glarokavos with its blue lagoon, which is 5 minutes away from the centre of the village, the well-known to the young tourists beaches Chrouso and beach Xenia in Paliouri with the Beach Bars Navagos and Koursaros at a distance of 10 minutes from Pefkochori.
